A daily practice of the Lee style Tai Chi open hand form set 14 “Brush Knee Side Step”, by connecting with the breath. This is the second time we do brush knee and sidestep; we need a reminding how important this lesson is in life. Brush away the old and step into the new, sure and steady as you go.
This will not be the last time we practise Brush Knee and Sidestep.
