At the end of our practice we do a close down exercise called The Five Lotus Blossoms.

On practicing this exercise let everything slide away cleansing the body so when the palms face up everything floats away, when the palms face down everything drips of the ends of the fingertips, when we lower the body down and relax the head down everything slides off our shoulders, when we raise the body back up everything slides of our back.
Closing the chi energy down and letting go of all your worry’s and tension in the body.
Clean untainted leaves produce beautiful blossoms.
