What to expect when attending Angie's online Tai Chi CoursesThe course is divided into modules, which you can use as a weekly or monthly plan of study as there are no time limits.
The beginner’s course takes you through the basics that is needed for the understanding and learning of T’ai Chi, going over, step by step in detail the daily warm up, close down, breath work and golden principles for your daily, weekly practice.
There are 15 Modules that take you through the 15 sets from the Lee style T’ai Chi Ch’uan hand form. We study the 13 stances used in the Lee style T'ai Chi and 7 hand positions.
Each module contains various lessons with video’s, pdf files, graphics, and text for you to download so you can read and study them in your own time, ticking them off as you go, so you know where you are up to in your study, but knowing you can come back to them when needed.

Mindfulness, finding ourselves so we can understand balance to stay centered and upright, relaxing and learning to let go so we can be sensitive to our movements, coordinating and harmonizing with our breathing creating a continues strong dynamic circle within ourselves so we know when to extend and when to recall our energy.
There is no time limit to complete each module so each student works at there own level and pace developing there knowledge and understanding of T'ai Chi from one week to the next.
