There is no left or right to Eagle stance but you can step into Eagle with your left or right foot
With the heels together body weight spread evenly on both feet, toes pointing slightly outwards, knees loose and slightly bent,back straight but soft, shoulders relaxed not rounding then forwards or pulling them backwards, crown of the head pulling up but not letting the chin pull in, eyes looking forwards into the near distance.
Make sure you think of both feet together while feeling the ball of the big toe, the ball of the little toe and the outside edge of the heel which are the key points of the feet. Think up at the crown of the head.
BACK FRONT SIDE
are large powerful birds of prey with hooked bills, excellent flyers with excellent vision and strong powerful feet to seize and carry away its pray, associated with the metal element which stimulates the Lungs, skin and large intestines
